Since our EB-5 qualifying investment projects with the Regional Center are based in the Targeted Employment Area (TEA) the EB-5 investment is set at 900,000 USD rather than 1.8 million USD. In terms of the charges over and above the EB-5 investment amount, there are three types of fees that are associated with the EB-5 investment. These include:
1.) USCIS Fees/Government Fees – The Government fees for the US EB-5 Investor Visa is broken down into the following: a) the I-526 filing fees, the Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing fees, and the I-829 filing fee.
2.) Legal Fees/Attorney Fees – The attorney fee is paid directly to the law firm following from the engagement of the services of the law firm.
3.) Management/Admin Fees – It is paid along with the EB-5 investment and goes into the Escrow Account of the New Commercial Enterprise (NCE) along with the 900,000 USD.
Our Investment Team would be happy to schedule a call and walk you through the milestone-based costing and make the process simpler for you.
