Where are the EB-5 Investment Projects located?

The EB-5 investment funds are invested in high-value commercial and residential real estate projects at top locations in the US. The investors’ capital is deployed as a fixed period loan to the developer of the project. Our projects are located at premier locations in New York, primarily Manhattan and Times Square. Other premier markets where the Regional Center has had fully subscribed projects are California (Los Angeles), Florida, etc.
