Can increase my moodle validity period?

The validity of your moodle profile depends upon the type of course that students opt for when they enroll with TC Global Learning. For instance, 9-hour classes are valid for a month. 33-hour classes are valid for 3 months, and 66 and 90-hour classes have a validity of 9 months. To increase their Moodle validity period, students can get in touch with their RM or faculty, who will then help them to re-register for their relevant course.

In case the students face any problems with accessing their moodle accounts due various issues, they can directly get in touch with their faculty or relationship managers, who can increase the validity period of their moodle accounts.

Examples of such issues are:

1. The student enrolled with TC Global Learning, but started his classroom coaching later due to various personal issues,
2. The student did not receive his or her credentials on time (within a week of enrolment),
3. Any extraordinary issue not mentioned above,
