Is there any waitlist for Indian EB-5 Investors?

There is no wait-list as of today. The EB-5 I-526 petition approval takes approximately 12-24 months to get processed. Prior years had a wait-list of 3 to 4 years in addition to the I526 processing time, with the regulatory changes coming through and the investment amount going up, the waitlist is non-existent.
